Terms of Service

By installing or running Bitter Springs (the “Game”) you agree to these terms. The Game is published by Metabula Games LLC (“we”). If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Game on your devices for non-commercial purposes. All rights in the Game, including its code, art, music, text and characters, belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, sell, reverse-engineer or modify the Game, or bypass its protection, except where the law expressly allows it.
2In-game items
In-game money, tokens and items are part of the Game, not real money or property. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the Game. Real-money purchases go through the app store (Google Play, RuStore) under its terms, including its refund rules. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
3Cloud save and transfer codes
The cloud save and transfer codes are provided as is, to help keep your progress. Keep a code private: whoever enters it first gets a copy of your game. We try not to lose data but cannot guarantee the cloud is always available.
4Conduct
Do not use cheats, bots, modified versions of the Game or exploits, and do not interfere with the Game’s servers. If you do, we may restrict your access to cloud features.
5Changes to the Game
We may update the Game, change, add or remove content, or stop supporting it. We will try to give notice before cloud features are shut down.
6Liability
The Game is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of game progress or items, or failures of your device, network or third-party services.
7Your data
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
8Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date above, and by continuing to play you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Questions: sales@metabulagames.com.
